  • Galt Ocean Mile 3 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $950,000this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2140 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $440.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 3 bedroom unit was $928,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2150 square feet with a slightly lower sales price to square foot price of $430.00

There have been 151 sales of Galt Ocean Mile condos in Fort Lauderdale over the last 6 months to the end of March 2018 – up from our last 2 posts!

In our last post when there had been 134 sales of Galt Ocean Mile condos over the preceding 6 months  – or to the end of March 2018!

In our prior post when there had been 123 sales of Galt Ocean Mile condos over the preceding 6 months  – or to the end of February 2018!

In Sept and Oct of 2017 we just have 15 sales for each of those months!

My Thoughts / Summary

It is great to see a strong level of sales volume for Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months Nov 2017 – April 2018 – well up from Sept and Oct 2017.

It is also great to see median prices continue to rise – up over the last 4 posts!
