This is up from our last post when there had been 115 sales of Galt Ocean Mile condos over the preceding 6 months  – or to the end of January 2018!

Again it is important to note that while the sales for the 6 months were well down in September and October 2017 – the sales for the months of November, December, January and February have been strong!

My Thoughts / Summary

It is great to see strong sales volume for Nov & Dec 2017 and Jan & Feb 2018 – well up from Sept and Oct 2017.

It is also great to see median prices back on the rise – after a period of softening prices!
