My Thoughts / Summary

It is great to continue to see a strong level of sales volume for Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months Jan 2018 – June 2018!

It is also great to see median prices continue to rise, along with median sales price to square foot prices – up now to $333.00 per square foot!

Another very good and positive indicator for Galt Ocean Mile condo sales over the last 6 months is “days on market” which continues to drop – now at just 57 days or less than 2 months!
