We can see from this report the details for each condo sold – including the most expensive sale over the last 6 months, which was for Penthouse 2708 a 5 bedroom luxury condo which sold for $4,250,000.

Penthouse 2708 was at Tower II, 5 bedroom 4 bathroom luxury condo of 4938 square feet and sold with a sales price to square foot price of $861.00

Penthouse 2708 sold for 89% of its list price and had just 46 days or just under 7 weeks from the day it was listed for sale till the day the unit sold and then was closed!

My Thoughts / Summary

L’Hermitage Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are “absolute” direct oceanfront condos set on 10 acres right on the beach in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a great range of luxury condos currently for sale – including sought after penthouses and sub-penthouse units!

Sales have been very strong over the last 6 months with 14 units sold and now 7 units pending sale!
