My Thoughts  / Summary

Currently we have a great range of Luxury Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale / Zip 33308 condos for sale.

Median sales prices 3 bedroom luxury condos have increased from our last 2 post – a very positive indicator – after a period of soft prices in 2017.

I am also happy to continue to report that buyer activity is remains strong – this reflected in a strong number of units pending sale!
