My Thoughts  / Summary

Currently we have a good range of Luxury Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale / Zip 33308 condos for sale.

Median sales prices for both 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom luxury condos have increased from our last post – a very positive indicator!

I am also happy to report that buyer activity is remains strong and has noticeably picked up now in 2018 – this reflected in the increased number of sales of 3 bedroom units and in units now pending sale!
