  • There have been no 3 Bedroom Playa del Mar condos sold over the last 6 months – However in our last post the median for 3 Bedroom units sold over the preceding 6 months was $660,000 – this being for a unit of 2124 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $311.00.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1821 square foot condo had a sales price to square foot price of $334.00

Playa del Mar condo unit 1210 sold for 91% of list price and had just 26 days on market or just under 1 month!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Mar Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are units in a great direct oceanfront complex that is pet friendly too!

Currently there is a great range of condos for sale with 14 units for sale!

Sales activity has slowed over the last few month…and we only have 1 unit pending sale (one of my listings)!

However I am optimistic that sales will improve! 

If your looking for a direct oceanfront condo for sale in a great building here in Fort Lauderdale, I strongly recommend adding units for sale here in Playa del Mar.
