My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Mar Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are units in a great direct oceanfront complex that is pet friendly too!

Currently there is a great range of condos for sale – especially 1 and 2 bedroom units for sale!

I am pleased to report that sales activity has continued to pick up over the last 6 months with 11 units sold and 4 units pending sale

Median days on market is also strong at 61 days!

If your looking for a direct oceanfront condo for sale in a great building here in Fort Lauderdale, I strongly recommend adding units for sale here in Playa del Mar.
