This Galt Ocean Mile “direct oceanfront” condo sold for 95% of list price and had just 17 days on market or just under 3 weeks!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.

It is great to report that sales have really taken off over the last 6 months with 11 units sold and 4 units now pending sale!
