In our last post on Southpoint Condos for sale for December 2017 / January 2018 there were 12 units for sale!

In our last post the median price for a unit for sale was $638,250 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1662 square feet

In our prior post the median price for a unit for sale was $605,336 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1681 square feet

It is important to note that the median list price to square foot price for condos for sale here in Southpoint at $380.00 – which is well up from $336.00 late last year – 2017!

My Thoughts / Summary

Southpoint Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront complex here on the famous Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a truly excellent range of condos for sale – especially for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units. 

Sales here in Southpoint have slowed over the last few months!

This in my mind is a reflection of increasing median prices for units currently for sale – especially 2 bedroom units!
