This is the same number of condos as in our last post for April 2018 / May 2018!

In our last post the median sales price for a Fort Lauderdale condo sold here in Southpoint was much higher at $467,500.

It is very important to note that the median sales price is down from $467,500 in our last post, $510,000 in our prior post, $515,000 in our earlier post and from $520,000 as in our post prior to that!

This is a decline of over $110,000 in just a matter of months!

The median sales price in this report and our last reports are all based on the sales of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units.

My Thoughts / Summary

Southpoint Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront complex here on the famous Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a great of condos for sale – especially for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units (with 6 new listings of 2 bedroom units)

It is very important to note that median sales prices here in Southpoint continue to decline – this is despite strong increases in median list prices over the last 6 months!
