In our prior post for December 2017 / January 2018 the median price for a condo for sale here in The Galleon was lower at $499,000this being for a smaller 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1886 square feet.

We can also see from this report the range of prices for Galleon condos for sale – which start at $345,000 for a 1 bedroom unit and go up-to $1,100,000 for a luxury 3 bedroom unit.

Also important to note is the highest square foot price paid at $320.00 per square foot which was for unit 512!

Mt Thoughts / Summary

The Galleon Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great well run condominium – with very spacious units offering superb views and amenities.

Currently we have a great range of condos for sale – with 1, 2 and even 3 bedroom units on offer!

Sales also have really picked up with 7 units sold over the last 6 months!
