Here is our November 2018 / December 2018 condo pricing guide for Fort Lauderdale condos recently sold – this being based on median sales prices for all condos sold over the last 60 days here in Broward County.

We can see from this report how the median sales price is $160,000 for ALL Fort Lauderdale condos sold over the last 60 days – and then how the median changes across different condo “categories” all the way up-to a median of $795,000 for luxury Fort Lauderdale condos.

It is important to note that:

  • Median sales prices overall for Fort Lauderdale condos sold over the last 60 days continue to soften – down from $176,000 just a few months ago to $160,000!
  • Median sales prices for both Waterfront and Oceanfront condos sold over the last 60 days have also softened!
  • On a positive note median sales prices for Galt Ocean Mile condos and Luxury condos sold over the last 60 days are both up!

  • Sales Price to List Price 95%
  • Days on Market 78 Days

Important to note:

Sales have been strong over the last 6 Months – with August 2018 having the highest number of sales!

Median sales prices for Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months have softened a little this month after being on the rise!

  • For Luxury 3 bedroom Galt Ocean Mile condos the median sales price is $760,000 well down from $985,000 as in our last post!

Galt Ocean  Mile offers a great range of luxury Fort Lauderdale condos for sale with prices from $500,000 to $6,000,000!

In the last 90 days  / 3 Months there have been 33 x Luxury Galt Ocean Mile condos sold – up from our 26 sales in last post!
