Here is our April 2019 / May 2019 condo pricing guide for Fort Lauderdale condos recently sold – this being based on median sales prices for all condos sold over the last 60 days here in Broward County.

We can see from this report how the median sales price is $165,000 for ALL Fort Lauderdale condos sold over the last 60 days – It is important to note that this is the same as in our last 2 posts!

We can also see how the median changes across different condo “categories” all the way up-to the median of $670,000 for luxury Fort Lauderdale condos.

It is important to note that:

  • Median sales prices for Waterfront and Oceanfront condos sold over the last 60 days are both up!
  • Median sales price for Galt Ocean Mile are up by 21% from our last post or by over $93,000!
  • Median prices however for Fort Lauderdale Luxury condos sold over the last 60 days have continued to soften – down this month by $40,000!
