Here is our July 2019 / August 2019 condo pricing guide for Fort Lauderdale condos recently sold – this being based on median sales prices for all condos sold over the last 60 days here in Broward County.

We can see from this report how the median sales price is $180,000 for ALL Fort Lauderdale condos sold over the last 60 days – This is up from $170,000 as in our last post for May / June 2019! 

We can also see how the median sales price changes across different condo “categories” all the way up-to the median sales price of $732,500 for luxury Fort Lauderdale condos.

It is important to note that:

  • Median sales prices for Waterfront and Luxury condos sold over the last 60 days are both up!
  • Median sales price for Galt Ocean Mile condos are also up – however median sales prices for Oceanfront condos continue to soften!
