Here is our July 2020 / August 2020 condo pricing guide for Fort Lauderdale condos recently sold – this being based on median sales prices for all condos sold over the last 60 days here in Broward County.

We can see from this report how the median sales price is $188,000 for ALL Fort Lauderdale condos sold over the last 60 days – This is up from $182,000 as in our last post for May 2020 / June 2020 and from $175,000 as in our prior post for March 2020 / April 2020! 

We can also see how the median sales price changes across different condo “categories” all the way up-to the median sales price of $750,000 for luxury Fort Lauderdale condos.

It is important to note that median sales prices for each of the categories we review: Waterfront, Oceanfront, Galt Mile and Luxury are all up from our last post – this was the same as in our last post for May 2020 / June 2002!
