My Thoughts / Summary
Fort Lauderdale is all about beach and the ocean, so naturally we have a fantastic range of Fort Lauderdale Oceanfront condos for sale – with prices for almost all budgets.
Median prices for Fort Lauderdale Oceanfront condos for sale remain soft as we enter 2017 – with median prices down by $10,000 to $579,900!
A few factors have in my mind have been influencing Oceanfront condo prices – these include:
The Canadian Dollar at much lowers levels to the USA dollar – which impacts on Canadian Buyers
The recent US election – which placed some uncertainty in our market
I am personally confident however that both median prices and sales of Fort Lauderdale oceanfront condos will both pick up over the next few months!
