My Thoughts / Summary

The Commodore is a great building here in Fort Lauderdale – set right on the beach at Galt Ocean Mile.

Median prices for condos in Commodore continue to show an upswing in prices

You can clearly see this when you compare

  • the median sales price for the last 6 months at $400,000 and the median sales price to square foot price at $247.00 – up nearly $30.00 per square foot!
  • the median sales price 2 bedrooms units for all of 2014 at $370,000 with a median sales price to square foot price of $216.00shown below.

I am expecting this upward trend in both median and square foot prices to continue throughout 2015!
