My Thoughts / Summary

The Commodore is a great building here in Fort Lauderdale – set right on the beach at Galt Ocean Mile.

Median sales prices to square foot prices for condos in Commodore continue to climb.

Currently at $278.00 median sales price to square foot prices are well up from 2014 when the median for all sales for the year was $211.00 and $216.00 per square foot respectively.

In my mind this strong and sustained increase in sales prices to square foot prices reflects the quality of this oceanfront complex and the units there in.
