Southpoint offers a great range of condo options on Galt Ocean Mile.
The recent renovations to the building have made Southpoint one of the more upscale complexes on Galt Ocean Mile.
Despite recent price increases Southpoint units can still offer a real value!
If you’re looking for a condo here in Ft Lauderdale then visiting units for sale in Southpoint is well worth the time!
Southpoint Fort Lauderdale condos offer spacious units set right on the beachfront / oceanfront here in Galt Ocean Mile.
The building amenities includes 4 gyms, 24 hr security, 2 tennis courts – there are 2 gyms per building. The community has a nice pool and sun deck area and also there are cabannas on the beach for residents use.
A nice feature of this complex is the garage parking – and that many units come with 2 parking spaces.
The Southpoint community is very much geared towards owners vs investors – as the association rules state that an owner must own the unit 2 years before renting.
