Median prices can and do however suffer if there are more sales of original units and/or units in need of updating.

My perspective on units here in The Galleon

The Galleon offers a great range of truly “spacious” condos with great floor plans – which make for great oceanfront living.

The Galleon also has a great position right on Galt Ocean Mile and units can offer real value – especially older units, units in need of updating or original units when they come onto the market!

If you’re looking for a condo here in Ft Lauderdale then visiting units for sale in The Galleon is well worth the time!

The Galleon

As you enter the Galleon Fort Lauderdale you pass a beautiful circular fountain with ample guest parking.

The grand marble lobby of the Galleon is welcoming.

The pool area is surrounded by a two large well maintained garden areas with tables, chairs and umbrellas .

Down one level closer to the beach is a full sun deck with more tables, chairs, umbrellas along with a barbecue grill. From this level you have direct and easy access to the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach.

 

The Galleon Fort Lauderdale has a large observation area on the roof ideal for secluded all day sunbathing or for taking in the views, sunrises, sunsets and beach.

This area is also a popular viewing place for major Fort Lauderdale events such as the Air & Sea show and the July 4th fireworks.

The Galleon has two party rooms available to Galleon Residents at no charge. The rooms also used by the condo association for meetings and functions. There is a fully equipped kitchen and ice machine available for parties.

The Galleon has large, well equipped and recently updated exercise / gym rooms.

There is 24-hour in-house security.

The Galleon – Mid Century Modern

The Galleon Fort Lauderdale is famous for its mid century modern design – especially its sweeping curved lines.

This design is more than asthetic – the sweeping cureved lines ensure every unit in the building has an oceanview.
