  • Galt Ocean Mile 1 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $280,000 – this being for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit of 1076 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $273.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 1 bedroom unit was lower at $275,000 – this being for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit of 1048 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $284.00
  • Galt Ocean Mile 2 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $497,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1596 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $330.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 2 bedroom unit was higher at $525,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1624 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $333.00
  • Galt Ocean Mile 3 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $975,000this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2150 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $376.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 3 bedroom unit was much lower at $760,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2086 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $395.00

There have been 150 sales of Galt Ocean Mile condos in Fort Lauderdale over the last 6 months  – this being from the 1st of January 2019 to the end of June 2019

It is important to note that the number of Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months is up from 128 sales as in our last post and 119 sales as in our prior post!

My Thoughts / Summary

It is great to see a good level of sales for Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months especially from March to June!

As we are still in “Season” – and with low interest rates and a strong economy, I am confident that our next report will also show some good sales numbers!
