  • Galt Ocean Mile 1 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $289,000 – this being for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit of 1065 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $279.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 1 bedroom unit was lower at $280,000 – this being for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit of 1076 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $273.00
  • Galt Ocean Mile 2 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $490,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1545 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $327.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 2 bedroom unit was higher at $497,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1596 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $330.00
  • Galt Ocean Mile 3 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $940,000this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2300 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $376.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 3 bedroom unit was higher at $975,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2150 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $376.00

There have been 170 sales of Galt Ocean Mile condos in Fort Lauderdale over the last 6 months  – this being from the 1st of March 2019 to the 31st of August 2019

It is important to note that the number of Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months is up from 150 sales in our last post which in turn was up from 128 sales in our last post which was up from 119 sales as in our earlier post!

It is really great to have seen such a strong level of sales for Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months!

Galt Ocean Mile condos are hard to beat for their prime direct oceanfront location and pricing!
