  • Galt Ocean Mile 2 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $475,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1562 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $302.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 2 bedroom unit was higher at $490,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1545 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $327.00
  • Galt Ocean Mile 3 bedroom unit sold over the last 6 months has been $960,000this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2260 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $411.00 – In our last post the median sales price for a 3 bedroom unit was lower at $940,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2300 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $376.00

My Thoughts / Summary

We have seen a lower level of sales for Galt Ocean Mile condos sold over the last 6 months – this is typical of this time of year and reflects being out of our “Sales Season”

Despite this days on market is down to just 85 days – which is a very positive indicator.
