Unit 2401 a 3 bedroom luxury condo which sold for $1,400,000 – Unit 2401 was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury condo of 2318 square feet and sold with a sales price to square foot price of $604.00.  This luxury Galt Ocean Mile condo sold for 93% of its list price and had just 2 days on market!

Unit 2303 a 3 bedroom luxury condo which also sold for $1,400,000 – Unit 2303 was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury condo of 1977 square feet and sold with a sales price to square foot price of $708.00.  This luxury Galt Ocean Mile condo sold for 96% of its list price and had 193 days on market or just over 6.5 months!

Both of these luxury Galt Ocean Mile condos sold for the highest sales price over the last 6 months which was $1,400,000!

My Thoughts / Summary

L’Hermitage Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are “absolute” direct oceanfront condos set on 10 acres right on the beach in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a great range of luxury condos currently for sale with 24 units for sale – including units in great stacks, renovated units and sought after penthouses and sub-penthouse units!

Sales even out of “Season” have been remained strong over the last 6 months with 13 units sold and now 5 units pending sale!
