Median sales prices over the last 6 months for condos here in Ocean Summit have been on the rise
The median sales price summary report for all sales in 2014 presented below shows us that the median sales price to square foot price for all sales in 2014 was $261.00

Despite the declines from $362.00 to $357.00 to $320.00 and now to $301.00 – I am confident that median prices will soon start to rise.
We have been seeing sales of units is less desirable stacks and also of units in need of updating – this has really impacted on median prices for units here in Ocean Summit over the last 6 months!
