My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Mar Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are units in a great direct oceanfront complex that is pet friendly too!

Currently there is a really nice range of condos for sale – including a nice direct oceanfront 3 bedroom unit – ready for updating!

Sales activity has been softened over the last 6 months with 8 units sold!

I am confident that as we move into the New Year that buyer activity will increase and sales will be back up!
