My Thoughts / Summary

I love Playa del Mar – its a great complex.

Condo sales here in Playa del Mar are on the move in 2015 – and there is a nice stock / inventory of units for sale.

Median square foot prices over the last 6 months are up at $324.00 vs the median for all of 2014 – see summary report below
