My Thoughts / Summary

I love Playa del Mar – its a great complex and pet friendly too!

Currently there is a very good range of  condos for sale.

Sales activity has really been strong so far this year – and we have had 7 units over the last 6 months! 

If your looking for a direct oceanfront condo for sale in a great building here in Fort Lauderdale, I strongly recommend adding units for sale here in Playa del Mar.
