My Thoughts / Summary
Playa del Mar Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are units in a great direct oceanfront complex that is pet friendly too!
Currently there is a great range of condos for sale with 8 units on offer – including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units!
Sales activity over the last 6 months has seen 8 units sold and 4 units now pending sale!
Buyers activity over the last couple of months however had slowed right down due to the Corona Virus – so it is great to see an increase in units pending sale!
If your looking for a direct oceanfront condo for sale in a great building here in Fort Lauderdale, I strongly recommend adding units for sale here in Playa del Mar.
