Playa del Mar condo unit 1001 sold for 89% of list price and had 113 days on market or just over 4 months!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Mar Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are units in a great direct oceanfront complex that is pet friendly too!

Currently there is a great range of condos for sale with 12 units on offer – including 1, 2 and several 3 bedroom units!

Sales activity over the last 6 months has seen 7 units sold and 1 unit now pending sale!

Buyers activity over the last couple of months however has slowed right down due to the Corona Virus.

If your looking for a direct oceanfront condo for sale in a great building here in Fort Lauderdale, I strongly recommend adding units for sale here in Playa del Mar.
