This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2140 square foot condo had a sales price to square foot price of $374.00

Playa del Mar condo unit 917 sold for 98% of list price and had 429 days on market or just over 14 months!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Mar Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale are units in a great direct oceanfront complex that is pet friendly too!

Currently there is a nice range of condos for sale with 8 units on offer – a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units

Sales activity over the last 6 months has seen 9 units sold and 2 units are now pending sale!

Buyer activity over the early months of 2020 had slowed right down due to the Corona Virus – however I am glad to report buyer activity here on Galt Ocean Mile is back on the rise!

If your looking for a direct oceanfront condo for sale in a great building here in Fort Lauderdale, I strongly recommend adding units for sale here in Playa del Mar.
