Unit 1607 sold for 90% of list price and had just 31 days on the market!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.

We currently have a limited range of condos for sale with just 3 units on offer – all of which are new listings!

Despite this low inventory it is great to report once again that sales continue to remain strong with 5 units sold over the last 6 months and 1 unit currently pending sale!
