My Thoughts / Summary
Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.
We currently have a nice range of condos for sale with 5 units for sale.
Sales have been strong over the last 6 months 5 units sold and 2 units currently pending sale!
Now we are in Season I am expecting buyer activity to be on the up!
