We can see from this report the details for each condo sold – including the most expensive sale over the last 6 months, which was for Unit 711 a 2 bedroom Playa del Sol condo which sold for $520,000 – This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1771 square foot unit had a sales price to square foot price of $294.00!

Unit 711 sold for 95% of list price and had just 12 days on the market!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.

We currently have a limited range of condos for sale with 3 x 2 bedroom units for sale. 

Sales have been strong over the last 6 months despite being out of our “Sales Season” with 5 units sold

Now we are in Season I am expecting buyer activity to be on the up – even with our limited inventory!
