Playa del Sol Unit 701 a 2 bedroom Galt Ocean Mile condo listed for sale for $879,900 is now pending sale – this being a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2140 square foot unit with a list price to square foot price of $411.00 

This Galt Ocean Mile condo is a South East corner unit with great direct ocean views. The condo features a large kitchen and a large master bedroom. We can see from this report the details for each condo sold – including the most expensive sale over the last 6 months, which was for Unit 2112A a 1 bedroom Playa del Sol condo which sold for $495,000 – This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 1153 square foot unit had a sales price to square foot price of $429.00!

Unit 2112A sold for 94% of list price and had 76 days on the market or just under 11 weeks!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.

We currently have an excellent range of condos for sale  – especially 1 & 2 bedroom units – with 4 x 1 bedroom units for sale and 5 x 2 bedroom units for sale!

Sales have slowed due to the Corona Virus – but it is encouraging to see 2 units pending sale!
