Unit 701 sold for 89% of list price and had 172 days on the market or just under 6 months!
My Thoughts / Summary
Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.
We currently have 7 condos for sale – a nice mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.
I am pleased to report that sales have picked up despite the Corona Virus and that we have had 5 sales over the last 6 months and now also have 1 unit pending sale!
