Unit 701 sold for 89% of list price and had 172 days on the market or just under 6 months!

My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.

We currently have just 3 condos for sale. 

I am pleased to report that sales have picked up despite the Corona Virus and that we now have 3 units pending sale!
