My Thoughts / Summary

Playa del Sol Galt Ocean Mile condos are units set in one of the Iconic Galt Mile condominiums – and the complex offers great amenities and a prime direct oceanfront location.

We currently have 8 condos for sale – a nice mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units. 

I am pleased to report that sales have continued to pick up despite the Corona Virus and that we have had 9 sales over the last 6 months and now also have 3 units pending sale!

It is also great to report the sale of Unit 2601 for $1,385,000 – which sets the record for the most expensive unit ever sold in Playa del Sol.
