We can see from this report the details for each condo sold – including the most expensive sale over the last 6 months, which was for Penthouse B a 2 bedroom condo which sold for $782,500

Penthouse B is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1450 square foot unit and it sold for $540.00 per square foot.

Penthouse B sold for 98% of its list price and had just 15 days on market or just over 2 weeks!

My Thoughts / Summary

Plaza East Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront condominium here on the famous Galt Ocean Mile.

Currently we have a very nice range of condos for sale here in Plaza East with 15 units for sale – including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

Buyer Activity and Sales have been slow however due in large part of the Corona Virus!
