Unit 18A is a rarely available and desirable high floor South East Corner, ”A” Model with direct ocean views!

This Galt Ocean Mile condo has a large sweeping open floor plan with spacious rooms, floor to ceiling windows.  The condo flows from East to West, offering both stunning oceanfront views as well as intracoastal and deep water canal sights. 

Unit 18A is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2030 square foot unit and it sold for $347.00 per square foot.

Unit 18A sold for 97% of its list price and had 144 days on market!

My Thoughts / Summary

Plaza East Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront condominium here on the famous Galt Ocean Mile.

Currently we have a very nice range of condos for sale here in Plaza East with 11 units for sale – including a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

Buyer Activity and Sales had been very slow however due in large part of the Corona Virus – this in my mind accounts for one of the main reasons as to why we have had just 2 sales over the last 6 months! 

I am very pleased to report however that buyer activity is picking up and that we now have 4 units under contract and pending sale!
