In our last post the median price for a condo for sale in Plaza South was $499,900 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1650 square feet.

Note the highest priced unit for sale at $898,000 a 3 bedroom condo and the lowest price unit  for sale at $375,000 a 1 bedroom condo.

  • the 1 x 3 bedroom unit for sale is $898,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit of 2600 square feet with a list price to square foot price of $345.00 – In our last post the median for the 1 x 3 bedroom unit for sale was higher at $949,999 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit of 2600 square feet with a list price to square foot price of $365.00

My Thoughts / Summary

Plaza South is a great complex here on Galt Ocean Mile.

Currently we have a good range of condos for sale – especially 2 bedroom units.

Plaza South offers an excellent location and units are spacious and well designed – some of he units currently for sale are updated, other are ready to be updated.

This mix of updated and ready to be updated condos for sale is in my mind a real bonus for buyers looking for direct oceanfront condos for sale here on Galt Ocean Mile / in Fort Lauderdale.
