My Thoughts / Summary

Plaza South is a great complex here on Galt Ocean Mile.

To have no units for sale is a sign of how demand is for Fort Lauderdale condos for sale in this direct oceanfront complex.

Important to note is the median sales price to square foot price over the last 6 months at $280.00 – this is reflective of units in need of some TLC being purchased.

For all of 2014 the median sales price was $302.00 – see the report below.

This “gap” of $22.00 per square foot I predict will disappear as new listings come on stream  – with demand driving prices higher.

I am expecting median sales price in 2015 to be closer to $320.00 per square foot!
