My Thoughts / Summary
Regency Tower is a popular condominium here in Fort Lauderdale.
It is encouraging to see median prices for recent sales on the rise when compared to 2014 sales – with a median sales price to square foot price of $267.00 – up from $256.00 in our last post for May / June!
This is also up from the median for all sales for 2014 when the median sales price to square foot price was $242.00 – see the report below.
