My Thoughts / Summary

Regency Tower South Galt Ocean Mile condos are direct oceanfront units set in a great complex here on Galt Mile right on the Beach!

We currently have a limited range of Regency Tower South condos for sale – with just 3 units for sale.

Buyer activity and sales had slowed right down over the last few months given the Corona Virus!

Despite the virus and a low inventory of units for sale – over last 6 months we have had 3 units sold and 2 units are now pending sale!
