My Thoughts / Summary

Regency Tower South Galt Ocean Mile condos are direct oceanfront units set in a great complex here on Galt Mile right on the Beach!

We currently have a limited range of Regency Tower South condos for sale with just 2 units on offer.

I am pleased to report that sales have been strong with 10 units sold over the last 6 months – this is especially pleasing given such a low inventory.
