My Thoughts / Summary

Southpoint Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront complex here on the famous Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a really nice range of condos for sale with 15 units for sale including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units

Sales have been strong over the last 6 months – with 10 units sold and 2 units now pending sale!

As we are now in our “Sales Season” and given low interest rates I am expecting to see more buyer activity and strong sales over the next 2-3 months!
