It is important to note that the number of Southpoint condos for sale is well up from earlier this year!

  • 3 bedroom condos for sale is $929,900 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2112 square foot unit with a list price to square foot price of $440.00.   In our last post the median for 3 bedroom condos for sale was much lower at $753,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2112 square foot unit with a list price to square foot price of $357.00.

My Thoughts / Summary

Southpoint Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront complex here on the famous Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a great of condos for sale with 27 units for sale including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units – this is one of the largest inventories we have seen in some time!

It is also very important to note that median sales prices are dropping!
