In our last post the median sales price for a condo sold here in Southpoint over the preceding 6 months was lower at $430,125 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1662 square feet.

It is very important to note that median prices are up in this post – having been on a downward path over our last 3 posts!

My Thoughts / Summary

Southpoint Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront complex here on the famous Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a great range of condos for sale with 16 units for sale including 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Corona-virus had really slowed buyer activity down – however buyer activity and sales in Southpoint are now picking up with 6 units pending sale and 10 units sold over the last 6 months!
