My Thoughts / Summary

Southpoint Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront complex here on the famous Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a nice range of condos for sale with 9 units for sale including 1 and 2 bedroom units.

I am very pleased to report that buyer activity and sales in Southpoint has really picked up over the last 6 months with 4 units pending sale and 16 units sold over the last 6 months!
